CEO

Bryon returned to Bakersfield and the family business, Interim HealthCare, in 1996 after earning a Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College. Bryon was instrumental in setting the plan in motion, creating a framework, and carrying out our vision of a Pediatric Day Health Center. He has been a tremendous asset to our clients and employees as CEO of Caring Corner.

Director of Health Care Services

Darlyn, who graduated from Akron City Hospital School of Nursing, spent 30 years as a bedside nurse in Ohio, Korea, New Jersey and Mercy Hospital in Bakersfield. She obtained a Junior College teaching credential from UCLA and concurrently taught in BC’s LVN program for nine years. She has been a guest speaker at two national conferences and is published in several nursing journals. In 2009 she was chosen as RN of the Year in Leadership by the Kern chapter of the ACNL.

Tami England, BA

Program Administrator

Tami England is the Program Administrator at Caring Corner and serves as a liaison between the community, medical staff, and families, to ensure exceptional patient care. Tami believes that we must serve the whole family as a unit when providing care for children with special needs and has structured many programs at Caring Corner with that objective in mind.

During her tenure at Caring Corner, Tami applied for and received a grant from First 5 Kern to establish a special education preschool, has expanded capacity for services including extended hours and building renovations, and created a transportation program to provide families access to care.

Kristina Main

Nursing Director

Kristina has worked with the pediatric population since graduating from Bakersfield College in 2010. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree at Cal State Bakersfield and will go on to earn her Master's Degree. 

Kristina has always been passionate about nursing, believing that stepping into the life of someone to make a difference is a privilege and an honor. She strives every day to try and make a difference in her community, someone's life, and in her profession.
